5.Valves should be installed in the permitted working position. And the installation position also should be convenient for maintenance and operation.

6.The installation of stop valve should make the flow direction of medium consistent with the arrow marked on the valve body.

7.When tightening the screw, the valve should be in a slightly open state, so as not to crush the valve top sealing surface

8.The low temperature valve should do a test in cold state and it is required to be flexible without jamming.

9.After all valves are installed in place, they should be opened and closed again, and they are qualified if they are flexible and free from jamming.

10.When the new valve is used, the packing should not be pressed too tightly , so as to avoid too much pressure on the valve stem, accelerated wear, and difficulty in opening and closing.

11.Before valve installation, it is necessary to confirm that the valve meets the design requirements and relevant standards.

12.Before installing the valve, the inside of the pipeline should be cleaned to remove the impurities such as iron filings, so as to prevent the inclusion of foreign matters in the valve sealing seat.

13.When installing the valve, confirm whether the medium flow direction, installation form and hand wheel position meet the requirements.
